📦 Returns

Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving the product. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Used or damaged products

• Products damaged due to customer misuse

• Items returned without original packaging

💰 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.

If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be processed through bank transfer.

🔄 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item.

🚚 Return Shipping

Return shipping charges may apply unless the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
