Returns

Customers may request a return within the eligible return period if the product meets our return conditions.

Refund Policy

If a return request is approved and the product is returned to us, only 50% of the product amount paid will be refunded. The remaining 50% will be retained to cover operational, shipping, packaging, payment processing, and handling costs.

Refunds will be processed only after the returned product has been received and inspected. The product must be unused, in its original condition, with all original packaging and accessories.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns and refunds will not be accepted for:

• Used or damaged products caused by the customer.
• Products returned without original packaging or accessories.
• Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
